How’s your summer going? If you’re like me, faster than you expected right? I’ve been trying to spend more time with the kids since they are out of school, but it’s also important to take some time to check in with yourself.

That’s why I’m excited to share the Thriving Mamas Summit with you. I’m always inspired by other women who are trying to share and make a difference, so when positive accountability coach and zen mama Andrea Allen asked me to be a part of her FREE virtual summit I was honored.

I invite you to join me, host Andrea Allen, and 20 other inspiring mom experts and mamas everywhere who are on a mission to make their lives just a little more meaningful, balanced, joyful and FUN!

Andrea’s goal is to uplift, inspire, and motivate you to THRIVE!!!   Please join me and click ” here to Get Access Now:
The actual summit starts on August 5th.

As a mom, I know what it is like to feel overwhelmed, out of balance, lacking energy and desiring deeper feelings of fulfillment. That’s why I started my blog as a resource for other moms, but everyday is different. Some days you have it all together and some days you don’t- so it’s great to learn from other moms at different stages in their journey.

In the interview I share with you with some zen tips for business and life-from preventing overwhelm to taking action.  I also share some of my media training tips from Zen Media Inc. from getting booked to overcoming your fear on camera and give you a specific exercise you can do to shift your on camera presence.

Being a mother isn’t always so zen, but know you aren’t alone.  It isn’t always easy to stay inspired and be true to yourself, but hopefully you’ll gain some insight and learn some practical tips from some other moms also trying to juggle it all.

PS: Join with me in this powerful movement to help moms everywhere to Thrive!
