Ever since I had children my lower back is just not the same and I need to remember to work out that part of my body as well. Here’s quick yoga move that’s great for lower back pain and helps with your posture too. It’s supported bridge pose. It’s a great quick move to start off the day or when ever you need to stretch out your back. Do this move 3-4 times. Happy Monday!
