
There’s something about having a perfectly sweet and ripe mango that makes me feel like I’m on a tropical vacation. They are packed with Vitamin C, A and fiber.
We usually just eat them plain, but they are also fun to put on top of yogurt or to mix into smoothies.
For a cool summer treat I was inspired to make something that was not only tasty and healthy, but a fun activity my kids and I could do together.
