I’m Angela Chee-The Zen Mom. Don’t be scared off I’m not always so zen and that’s the point of my blog. As moms we are all searching for that peace and balance in the midst of chaos right? So join me on my journey. I love sharing things that inspire, make your life easier or just make you laugh. I believe being a mom is being there for your kids, but also good to yourself so you can continue to inspire them.
I’m a former news anchor/reporter so I always research and ask way to many questions-now my blog allows me to share information and my opinions. Motherhood can be hard and sometimes lonely I believe we all need a little zenspiration. That’s why I love to share quotes and inspirational stories, I also interview entrepreneurs, women making a difference, and stories of success in my Zenspirational Women series. On Monday’s I also feature a Monday Motivator for the week. I love food and travel. I’m a total foodie, but I also believe in clean healthy eating. So I love writing about fabulous decadent food, but also sharing my quick healthy recipes. You can also tune into The Zen Mom TV. I just started Spreecasting-It’s like You Tube Meets Skype. Super Fun.
When I’m not screaming at my 2 kids-a 4 year old boy and 2 year old girl, I’m meditating. Just kidding, not really. : )
